At Ibiza Mediterranean Restaurant, we offer Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian dishes in a festive environment. Enjoy some of our most popular dishes, like our Paella Valenciana, which consists of saffron-dyed rice with assorted fresh sea food,and chicken sausage. Added are vegetables seasoned with salt, a little garlic and sprigs of rosemary, which are placed on the rice during the last minutes. There's also our Entrecote A La Malaguesa, which is an intercoastal classic, that consists of a delicious strip steak cooked in a savory wine sauce. Or perhaps you'd like to enjoy our Camarones Al Ajillo. A simple dish to transport you to the costal towns and restaurants overlooking the beaches in Ibiza. Camarones Al Ajillo is Shrimp that is cooked with a generous amount of garlic in olive oil just like the traditional dishes in Ibiza.
